🎮 The Milky Wayy Party Rentals – Rental Policy Summary
 

By booking with The Milky Wayy Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms:
 

 What You’re Renting
- PlayStation Portal handheld gaming devices for on-site party and event use only.
 

Pricing
- Packages range from $199–$299 depending on rental length and number of devices.
 

Security Deposit
- A refundable $400 security deposit is required. The deposit is charged at booking and refunded within 24–72 hours after the event once all equipment is returned and inspected.
 

Responsibility for Equipment
- The booking adult is fully responsible for all equipment during the event. Devices must remain inside the event area at all times.

Loss or Damage
- Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit. Replacement cost per device is approximately $200.
 

Payment Authorization
- You authorize The Milky Wayy Party Rentals to charge the payment method on file for losses or damages exceeding the deposit.

Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the event may receive a refund of rental fees. Late cancellations may forfeit rental fees.

 

Texas Law
All rentals are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
